Please note the following applicable conditions:
- Gift Vouchers must be presented at time of appointment
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
- Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, products or under the Private Health Insurance Scheme
- Gift Vouchers are non-transferrable and non-refundable
- Gift Vouchers not used by their expiry will be cancelled, unless otherwise specified
- Gift Vouchers which have bene booked and clients fail to show will be considered redeemed in full
- If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotion or offer
- No responsibility will be taken for lost of stolen gift certificates.
- Gift vouchers are accepted on weekdays (Monday – Friday) and Saturdays only.
- Gift Vouchers are not valid on Public Holidays.
IMPORTANT: Gift Vouchers are emailed immediately to the purchaser’s email address, and can be used both online or in our salon. Please ensure your gift voucher code is kept on hand, or alternatively print the PDF of your gift voucher.
