Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time to change, relax and complete any required consultation forms. Arriving late may reduce your treatment time to ensure subsequent appointments are not delayed.

Reservations

To ensure your preferred service and appointment time are available, we recommend booking in advance. A valid credit card or gift voucher number is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. To avoid disappointment, please note that appointments for evenings, weekends and public holidays often require advance booking.

Consultation

Before your treatment, your therapist will discuss your needs, preferences and any areas of concern. Treatments may be adjusted to suit your individual requirements. If at any time during your treatment you feel uncomfortable or would prefer a different pressure level, temperature or approach, please inform your therapist.

Public Holidays

A 15% surcharge applies to all bookings on public holidays and will be charged at the time of your appointment. Gift vouchers, promotional offers and discounts are not valid on public holidays unless otherwise stated.

Birthday Offer

The following conditions apply to our $20 Birthday Discount Offer: • Available to Members only. • Appointments must be booked under the Member’s name. • Valid photo identification showing the Member’s date of birth must be presented. • The offer is redeemable only on the Member’s birthday. • The offer applies to full-priced services only. • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, gift voucher or private health insurance claim. • The offer is not redeemable for cash or gift vouchers.

Gift Vouchers

Once payment has been processed, vouchers are issued immediately. To avoid disappointment, appointments using gift vouchers should be booked in advance, particularly for evenings, weekends and public holidays. Please note that pricing and treatment offerings may vary between locations.

Gift Voucher Conditions

All Gift Vouchers remain valid for 3 years from the date of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Expired vouchers will not be honoured.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or private health insurance claim unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers may be redeemed in full or in part towards eligible treatments.
Gift voucher numbers must be provided at the time of booking via the online booking system or when booking by phone.
If a gift voucher cannot be produced at the time of redemption, an alternative payment method will be required.
Online bookings are for one person only.
Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
Gift vouchers are accepted Monday to Saturday unless otherwise stated.
Gift vouchers are not valid on public holidays.

Gift Voucher Pricing Conditions

Treatment-specific Gift Vouchers were available for purchase until 30 June 2026.
From 1 July 2026 onwards, all newly issued Gift Vouchers are Value Gift Vouchers only.
Treatment Gift Vouchers purchased on or before 30 June 2026 may be redeemed for the original treatment without additional payment if redeemed by 31 August 2026.
After 31 August 2026, the voucher value remains valid; however, any difference in treatment pricing will be payable.

Add-On Services

Add-ons are incorporated within the treatment time booked and do not extend the duration of the treatment.
Add-ons are subject to therapist availability and suitability on the day of treatment.
Certain add-ons may not be available with all services.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling is available as an add-on to selected treatments only.
Dry Needling is performed only by qualified therapists and where clinically appropriate.
Complimentary Dry Needling promotions do not provide additional treatment time.
One complimentary Dry Needling add-on is permitted per voucher redemption.
Dry Needling availability may vary depending on therapist availability.

Promotions & Special Offers

Book & Pay in Full offers must be paid in full before 30 June 2026 to secure current pricing.
Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, package, discount, gift voucher promotion or private health insurance claim unless otherwise stated.
All promotions are subject to availability and may be amended, substituted or withdrawn without notice.

Bookings

To avoid disappointment, appointments for evenings, weekends and public holidays often require advance booking.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or appointment change. Cancellations, rescheduling requests or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the treatment value.

Payments

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept Diners Club or personal cheques.

Security

Please leave valuables at home where possible. Royal Orchid Spa & Wellness accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Spa Etiquette

To ensure the comfort and relaxation of all guests:

Please keep noise to a minimum.
Mobile phones should be switched to silent mode.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the premises.
Children are not permitted in treatment rooms or lounge areas unless receiving a treatment and accompanied by a responsible adult.

Pregnancy

Please advise us if you are pregnant when making your booking. Certain treatments require guests to be beyond their first trimester, while others may not be suitable during pregnancy. Our team will assist in recommending appropriate treatments based on your stage of pregnancy.

Health Conditions

Please advise us at the time of booking if you have any medical condition, injury, allergy, are pregnant, or are undergoing medical treatment including chemotherapy or radiation therapy. If you have any concerns regarding your suitability for treatment, we recommend seeking advice from your healthcare professional before your appointment.

Group Bookings

We welcome group bookings for birthdays, bridal parties, corporate events and special occasions. Group bookings of three or more guests require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Discounts

Promotional offers, discounts and vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated.

Minimum Age

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to access spa facilities and treatments independently. Guests aged 10 years and over may receive selected treatments when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Privacy

All personal information collected by Royal Orchid Spa & Wellness is treated as private and confidential and managed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, purchasing a gift voucher, redeeming a promotion or receiving a treatment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our Cancellation Policy.
