Gift Voucher Information

Gift vouchers purchased before 30 June 2026 may be redeemed at current pricing until 31 August 2026. Vouchers redeemed after this date remain valid; however, any applicable price difference will be payable at the time of booking. Service-based gift vouchers have now been replaced with value-based gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, retail products, or services claimed under a Private Health Insurance Scheme.

Gift vouchers are accepted for appointments Monday to Saturday and are not valid on Public Holidays. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Appointments booked with a gift voucher that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or not attended may result in the treatment value being deducted from the voucher balance. Gift vouchers not redeemed before their expiry date will be forfeited unless otherwise stated.
