This treatment focuses on your problem areas and is designed to relieve pain and discomfort for tight muscles, enhancing muscle function and promoting relaxation of soft tissue. Starting with a warm foot bath of organic Peppermint essential oil, we proceed with a remedial massage where applied pressure is dependent on your specific areas of pain, using organic peppermint oil mixed with Plai Balm.

Sessions are available for booking 7 days a week. Please note a 15% surcharge is applicable to all bookings made on public holidays and will be charged on arrival. Benefits of Remedial Massage

Remedial massage offers a number of health benefits. Through soft tissue massage techniques, the blood supply to damaged tissue and nerves is increased to allow for a faster recovery and repair of both acute and chronic injuries. Remedial massage is also an excellent therapy to relax tense, damaged or knotted muscles of the body.
